If you haven't got a girlfriend it's understandable that at some point you will become sexually frustrated. Usually it'll just be a case of playing with yourself a bit to compensate for the fact that there isn't a woman in your life but this guy took things to the next level.

He gave all his love to a homemade sex toy, which was literally just a plastic bottle, but ended up getting his penis stuck in it for four days.

Unfortunately for the 50-year-old, who didn't bother to seek medical help for obvious reasons, he was told he'd have to his manhood amputated.

The ghetto sex toy turned man trap caused his middle stump to get necrosis, which is a type of injury which causes cells to die. When rushed to hospital, with the bottle still attached to him, his penis had began to decay and had turned black. His penis died. Ouch.

"We had a 50-year-old patient, that, because he didn't have a girlfriend or a wife, wanted to relieve his sexual frustration," Doctor Dennis Chirinos said to HCHTelevision Digital. "So he put his penis in a bottle and this caused the death and necrosis of the penis.
"When he arrived four days later we had to amputate the penis completely because it was completely dead."

Chirinos, who carried out the surgery, said that he had to preposition the man's urethra so he could still wee, but had to deliver the harrowing news that he'll never be able to have sex again.

It's odd that this should have to be said, but... if you ever find yourself in the situation where your penis is stuck in a bottle - glass or plastic - get medical advice immediately. Don't wait four days until it changes colour.

"The situation with this patient is that he didn't get the medical attention in time and this caused the penis to begin to decay and die completely," Chirinos says. "It wasn't just the case here that it had died, it had gone completely black and had begun to decay. The necrosis was very severe.

"There was no choice but to completely remove the penis."
RIP this guy's member.
