Poor body posture is not something pleasant to look and in time it can cause severe health problems. As you can see, your mom and teacher were right to say that you should always have a good body posture. Today, the issue of poor body posture gets worse every day.
Obesity, excess texting, stress and sitting for long hours contribute to the problem. Each of these factors makes your back muscles even weaker than they naturally are. What can you do to solve your problem?
Lie flat on your stomach, facing the floor. Lift the front part of your body slowly and gingerly, and keep your head up. Lift to the point you find comfortable. Remember, doing things too hard never brings success. Set your arms at the side, and place your hands on the hips. This exercise will help you activate your back and leg muscles. If by any chance you did not know it, your back muscles bear most of the tension. For optimal results, do this exercise for ten minutes.
Repeating it for ten times is quite enough for the first time. Do the exercise every day and add more repetitions. It will help you strengthen and straighten out your back. Say goodbye to bad body posture!
