This cake is the height of indulgence. Even if it’s technically a soufflé or maybe more like a sponge cake. But something so light, tempting, and delicious has earned its place among pastry royalty: THE cake! And the best thing is that you only need 3 things. Here we’ll show you how easy it is:
4 ounces or 120 grams of white chocolate (it also works with normal milk chocolate, then it’s a chocolate dream!)
4 ounces of 120 grams of cream cheese (plain, double cream)
And here is the preparation:
First break the chocolate into little pieces and place inside a mixing bowl.
Then stick the whole thing into a preheated oven at 340 degrees (170 Celsius) for about 15 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 320 (160 Celsius) and bake for another 15 minutes. Turn off the oven afterwards and let it stay in the still-warm oven for another 15 minutes.
And now you just have to let this 3-ingredient cake cool! Top with some powdered sugar or decorate at your own discretion. Bon appétit!
